Objective
The objective of the activity was to audit how Statoil was monitoring and ensuring that the solutions for the MDR deployed on the Heimdal facility were safeguarding the regulatory requirements.
Result
Non-conformities were identified in connection with:
• Analyses as decision support
• Evacuation routes
In addition, improvement points were identified in connection with:
• Documentation of operational restrictions
• Exposure of third-party personnel on the MDR
